GiGis Farmhouse Ale

GiGi’s Farmhouse Ale

GiGi is a bottle conditioned, Belgian-influenced farmhouse ale. The flavor is sweet at first, due to the use of pilsner, oat, and torrified wheat malts, but the subtle influences of Bravo, Select, and Cascade hops add spice and a little mystery to her personality.

  • 7.2% alc/vol
  • Packaged in 22oz bottles
  • Pilsner, Torrified Wheat, and Oat Malts
  • Pairs well with spicy cuisine and seafood
  • Serve in a tulip glass at 45-50ºF

Dominion Lager

Dominion Lager

Brewed using four types of malted barley, this Dortmunder lager becomes a smooth, flavorful and complex beer that is a delight to drink.

  • 5.3% alc/vol
  • GABF Gold Medalist
  • Pilsner, Munich & Caramunich malts
  • Pairs well with Fish, Pork & Poultry as well as Havarti, Swiss & Gouda cheeses.
  • Serve in a pilsner or pint glass at 40-45ºF

Dominion Ale

Dominion Ale

This English style ale is malty with an assertive hop character. The result is a beautiful crystal clear amber color with a medium body

  • 5.4% alc/vol
  • East Kent Goldings & toasted malt
  • Pairs well with Asian & Mediterranean cuisine as well as sharp cheddar & Monterey Jack cheeses
  • Serve in a pint glass at 50-55ºF

Oak Barrel Stout

Oak Barrel Stout

We use smoked and peated malts to create an intricate malt foundation. Our method of dry hopping with vanilla beans and oak chips pushes the depth of this stout’s flavor spectrum even further.

A rich, red ale made in the American Pale Ale style, our Pale Ale has strong hop character, medium, dry finish and floral hop aroma.

  • USBTC “Grand Champion”
  • Nelson-Sauvin, Cascade & Columbus Hops.
  • Pairs well with Pan Asian cuisine & Poultry.

As the chill of winter melts away, a new, lush world is revealed. Brewed with 100% malted barley and authentic german noble hops our Maibock is a perfect companion for the season of Spring.

    Our Autumn Seasonal beer is a traditional Maerzen style lager. We use eight types of imported German malts and four hop varieties to create this amber-colored fest beer.

    Dominion Baltic Porter is brewed to meet your need for warmth on a cold winter’s night. Hints of licorice, toffee & chocolate mingle with a touch of Rye giving our Porter a full-bodied taste. Raise your mug to those who were bold enough to brave the Baltic!

    Millennium Ale

    Millennium is brewed in the barley wine style to commemorate our 1000th batch of beer. Its generous hopping & bottle conditioning allow this beer to be cellared and enjoyed for many years.

    • 2-Row Muntons Pale Malt, Light Crystal, Mt. Hood & East Kent Goldings hops
